Common faults are demonstrated, and there is plenty of opportunity for hands-on!
All those who attend the course receive a certificate of competence (providing they complete the practical session) and we use a system of continuous assessment throughout the day, rather than a formal exam, to make sure that everybody reached the required standard during the day.
