A fixed 1 Meggohm test - Simply press the insulation button on your tester.
Also a fixed 0.1 Ohm earth bond test via the metal stud on the unit.
Very handy for checking that your pat tester is doing as it should - not a substitute for a professional calibration but it will give you peace of mind that your tester working correctly.
