Instructions Shopping on-line is easy! Please browse the catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. This puts them in the shopping cart. You can view the cart at any time and remove items from it as you wish.
When you are finished choosing, click on "checkout." You'll be taken to a secure area of the site to enter your details. If you have an acount with us already, please choose "pay on account" and we will charge the items to your account. If you have not yet set up an account, but are ordering on behalf of a local authority establishment (including a school or college,) government establishment or large PLC, then we will automatically set up an account for you (subject to our normal criteria.) Otherwise, please make your payment to us by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
We will confirm receipt of your order automatically by email. We may also call you to verify a large order if credit has been requested, especially if you have not ordered from us before.
